For Customized bulk orders, Corporate & Event gifting:

Once email is sent, we will reply to answer your questions and send to you our profile and corporate gift guide catalogue.
For Ready-made gift boxes:
We highly recommend clients to place their orders 2-3 days before expected delivery date to assure stocks of your preferred gift item. We can do Next day delivery for order placed before 1pm on the day prior your expected delivery date. Same day delivery is possible for select gift boxes only. 7-30 days lead time depending on the quantity and special execution requests.

Metro Manila: Earliest possible delivery schedule is next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm. Book ahead for a smooth and worry-free gifting! Please make sure that the recipient will be in the location on your set delivery date. Our gift rider will only attempt to deliver the package 2 times within the scheduled delivery date. 3rd attempt will be done after the additional delivery expense has been paid. You may opt to book Lalamove/Grab service for pick up if you have a strict time for delivery. Payment will be c/o client. Message us on Instagram or Viber us for any special arrangements.
Outside NCR: Arrival is 3-10 days upon shipping date depending on the location. Date & Time of arrival cannot be guaranteed. Any delays caused by weather conditions, courier internal issues, or other fortuitous events are beyond the control of GiftBox Fairy.

Our Fairy Gift House is located in Las Pinas City. We're still working on our Gift House show room, so our purchase transactions are purely online for now.
Payment
We accept payments via Paymongo: Credit/Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, BPI, GCash, Paymaya & GrabPay.
Manual payments (via Instagram DM or Viber): BPI, GCash & Metrobank
We currently do not accept COD payments.
We make sure that we carefully pack all your orders before shipping out. To maintain the quality of our products, we do not allow returns or exchange. However, if you received a damaged or wrong item (with proof), we will replace it and shoulder any shipping costs that might incur. Please be advised that GiftBox Fairy will not be held liable for any damages on gift packaging/gift item/gift wrapping/gift box.
